Hair care: How to Protect Your Hair:

1.The first step to beautiful hair is cleanliness.

2.You must wash your hair twice a week or every alternate day if necessary.

3.This will not harm your hair as long as you make sure of the quality of your shampoo as well as conditioner.

4.Try using mild or herbal shampoos and conditioners.

5.Don’t use shampoos with styling gel or of high chemical ingredients.

6.Shampoo and conditioner should be used separately because both have entirely different function.

7.Shampoo cleans and conditioner gives protective layer.

The following points can be kept in mind for beautiful hair:

1.Never brush your hair when wet.

2.Avoid blow dry to dry your hair.

3.Henna has a very drying effect on your hair so avoid using it instead choose a quality dye to color your hair.

4.For damaged hair combine a ripe banana with few drops of almond oil and massage into your hair then allow it to work its wonder for 15minutes. Rinse with soda water then shampoo and condition as usual.

5.Excessive brushing is bad for hair, it spreads scalp dirt and grime, can also put stress on the hair so that its splits breaks or comes out at the roots.

6.Hair should be brushed as rarely as possible but everyday brushing is a must.
